I've advocated for causes such as cultural exchange and re-entry programs to audiences of all sizes, from city chambers of commerce to US Congressmen. I've also been responsible for vendors and sponsors on the county level as well as the federal level.

Having worked in Apple Retail as a Genius dealing with everyday consumers, enterprise customers, as well as IT professionals, I know a thing or two about troubleshooting a problem, whether it's hardware or software.
